2. What data we process

When you create an account or contact us, we process:

• Name, company, country
• Email address
• VAT identification number (for invoicing)
• Details about your orders and selected links
• For payments: payment data handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card details)

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process your data to provide our services and to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as to comply with legal obligations, for example under tax and commercial law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Processors & services

To provide the portal we use the following services:

• Supabase — authentication & database (hosting your account and order data)
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website
• Stripe — payment processing (once payments are active)

Where required, data processing agreements are in place with these providers.

5. Storage period

We store your data for as long as your account exists or as long as this is necessary for the purposes of processing and to fulfil statutory retention periods.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these, contact hello@growtharchitects.eu.
